Peddapalli: The National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Business Excellence Assessment (BEA) for Ramagundam was conducted through virtual mode from January 11 to 13.

The BE assessment team comprising Quality Champion B Devicharan, along with assessors General Manager (OS-SIIS) CC-Scope Snehesh Banerjee, AGM (Fuel Handling-O&M)-Gadarwara Nand Kishore Singh, AGM (C&I Maintenance-O&M)-Gadarwara Manish Agarwal, AGM (Technical Services) Dadri-NCPP Atul Gupta, and DGM (Electrical Maintenance)-Rihand Amresh Gupta carried out the assessment based on NTPC business excellence model.


During the three-day assessment, they interacted with Chief General Manager (Ramagundam & Telangana) Sunil Kumar, heads of the departments and others. Live video streaming from the site has been arranged to assess the best practices at NTPC-Ramagundam.

The assessment team appraised the senior officials about assessment and the points for further improvements of the station.
