Rajasthan Royals’ all-rounder and Morgan’s teammate in the English team Ben Stokes took to twitter to express his shock over the decision. Stokes, who is in quarantine in UAE, wrote, “Narine before Morgan???”
Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh replied to the tweet suggesting it was like Yuvraj batting before a player like Stokes. The southpaw replied to Stokes saying, “Yeah it’s like Yuvraj before Stokes. Sometimes u got to let the all-rounders go before, bowlers who can bat before a proper batsman to slog.”
