Beware of fraudsters, SCR cautions job aspirants
The aspirants of railway jobs were also cautioned against approaching anyone who might lure with false promises in exchange for money.
Hyderabad: The South Central Railway has cautioned job aspirants to be alert about fraudsters duping people with promises of jobs in different departments of railways.
According to SCR, jobs in railways are offered only on passing examinations which are conducted by Indian Railways through its 21 Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB) located in various cities and Railway Recruitment Cells (RRC) operating under Zonal Railways after publicised notifications.
The recruitment in Indian Railways is conducted in the most fair and transparent manner as per rules and there is no way of getting selected by any illegal means. The job aspirants were advised to visit only official websites for any employment related information and make application as per the procedure and not to trust fake websites or fraudsters.
The aspirants of railway jobs were also cautioned against approaching anyone who might lure with false promises in exchange for money. All relevant information is available on RRB/ RRC/ SCR websites which can be accessed from time to time for any information, the SCR said.
