BFI warns boxers not to engage with IABF
The Boxing Federation of India clarified that the Indian Amateur Boxing Federation lacks legal standing and advised boxers and officials to avoid participation in IABF-related events or activities

Hyderabad: The Boxing Federation of India, affiliated to the international body, clarified on Friday that the Indian Amateur Boxing Federation has no legal or official standing.
“All stakeholders are advised not to engage with any of their events,” the BFI said in response to a media conference called by the IABF.
“This federation holds no official status, and all registered boxers and officials are strictly advised not to participate in any activity associated with this organisation or the announced event.”
