Kothagudem: A student from Bhadrachalam town in the district has excelled in National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET) the results of which were announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
The student, Sunnam Anil Chethan Chandra has secured a rank of 15 in ST category while securing a NEET All India Rank (AIR) of 5179. He scored 643 marks out of 720. Speaking to the press persons on Saturday he said his parents’ support and teachers training have helped to excel in the test.
Chethan Chandra’s father Sunnam Sammaiah is a mandal education officer and his mother, Satyavathi is a teacher at Cherla Government High School. He did his schooling at Government High School, Bhadrachalam. PRTU leaders D Srinivas Rao, T Nagarjuna, Sitaram and others have appreciated Chandra for his achievement and felicitated him.
