Hyderabad: Bharat Serums and Vaccines Global will set up an injectable and vaccine manufacturing facility at Genome Valley with an investment of Rs 200 crore.

Industries and IT Minister KT Rama Rao announced this on the microblogging platform. “Glad to announce that @BSV_Global decided to announce that they will set up a state of the art injectable and vaccine manufacturing facility in @GenomeValley with an investment of Rs 200 crore,” the tweet said.

“Thanks to the MD of BSV @SanjivSnavangul Ji. This will consolidate Hyderabad as the vaccine hub of the world,” Rama Rao further said in the tweet.

The company has a range of biological, biotech and pharmaceutical products. It caters to gynaecology, assisted reproductive technology, critical care, emergency medicine, neurology , nephrology and haematology and urology segments.
