Hyderabad: Bhavan’s Vivekananda College (Sainikpuri) won the Osmania University inter-college carrom championship on Wednesday.

Badruka College and Dr B R Ambedkar College finished second and third respectively.

Prof Rajesh Kumar, Secretary of IUT, OU, Prof B Sunil Kumar, Principal, University College of Physical Education, and Dr Kura Raghuveer, Principal of IIMC and Dean, Student Affairs, Dr G Santhoshi gave away the prizes.

The winners were presented a cash prize of Rs 5000.

Final placings: 1. Bhavan’s Vivekananda College (Sainikpuri), 2. Badruka College, 3. Dr. B.R. Ambedkar College, 4. MJP Degree College (Medak).
