Being already present in all major cities across India, the Khammam store launch is a part of the company’s mission to provide groceries to consumers in all towns and villages.
Customers can use the app to place an order which offers a wide variety of products, including staples, oils and masala, personal care, beauty branded food, kitchen, and household items. Customers can also walk into the store to place orders, where the store team will assist customers.
Speaking about the launch, Hari Krishna Reddy, regional business head, Bigbasket said, “We want to bring convenience and access to products to people in this city and become their trusted grocery partner. India’s next wave of e-commerce consumers will come from towns like Khammam that are home to over 200 million internet consuming people.”
