Hyderabad: BJP MLA T Raja Singh here on Friday advised the MLA Shakeel Ahmed not to install Tipu Sultan statue in Bodhan.
In a short video released here on Friday, Singh warned of serious consequences if the MLA plans to install the statue of Tipu Sultan, who killed 50,000 Hindus. “We will see how the MLA installs the statue,” he said.
The Hindus in Bodhan would not tolerate it if the statue was installed. “We request the MLA to think twice before taking a final decision. If he drops the plans then it will be beneficial to him and his constituency,” he added.
