Warangal: Stating that BJP leaders were taking to staging dramas of late, TRS leader and West MLA Dasyam Vinay Bhaskar on Sunday demanded that they should ensure sanction of projects and other development works promised to Telangana State in the AP Reorganisation Act before entering the historic Warangal city.

“I welcome BJP leader and Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. But I would like to ask the BJP leaders of Warangal and Telangana if they are inviting leaders from other States to show the development in the State under TRS government led by Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao,” he asked, addressing media persons here.

“I would also like to remind Himanta Biswa that he was also put behind bars by the BJP when he was with the Congress,” he said, adding that Chandrashekhar Rao rule in Telangana was the envy of the nation in good governance.

“I demand that the BJP leaders bring the coach factory, tribal university and steel factory as promised by the Centre to the erstwhile Warangal district, if they are really committed to the development of Telangana,” the Government Chief Whip added.

“We can’t accept or digest the rubbish against Chandrashekhar Rao who almost sacrificed his life for the cause of Telangana during the Statehood movement,” Vinay Bhaksar said and warned the BJP leaders for their ludicrous comments against the TRS supremo and others.
