Boduppal woman allegedly secretly recorded, police investigate
A 29-year-old woman in Boduppal noticed a mobile phone recording her while bathing. Alarmed, she raised an alarm, and the accused fled. Suspecting a neighbour, the family filed a complaint, and Medipally police have launched an investigation.
Hyderabad: An incident involving the secret recording of a woman while she was bathing has been reported at the Medipally Police Station.
According to the police, a 29-year-old woman residing at Srilakshmi Nagar in Boduppal, noticed a mobile phone recording her through a ventilator while she was bathing on December 18.
Alarmed by the intrusion, the woman raised an alarm, following which the accused fled the spot. She later informed her husband about the incident.
Suspecting a neighbour, identified as Harish Kumar, who resides in the adjacent house as a tenant, the family lodged a complaint with the police.
Based on the complaint, Medipally police registered a case and have taken up an investigation.
