Body of unidentified man discovered at Gymkhana ground in Begumpet

A man, around 50 years old, was found dead by suicide at Gymkhana Ground in Begumpet. Morning walkers discovered the body, and police are investigating to establish his identity.

Hyderabad: A middle-aged man, whose identity is yet to be ascertained, allegedly died by suicide at the Gymkhana Ground premises under Begumpet area on Friday.

The victim is estimated to be around 50 years old.

The incident was first reported by local walkers, who discovered the body hanging from a rope fastened to nails on a wall at the sports facility.

On receiving information, the Begumpet police reached the spot and took up investigation.

The incident raised concern among regular morning walkers and local residents who frequent the Gymkhana Ground.

The police are trying to identify the victim.
