Hyderabad: Telangana State Road Transportation Corporation has taken a unique initiative to gift photo frames to the newly-wed couples, who book corporation buses for their wedding ceremony. Launched by TSRTC Managing Director V C Sajjanar, the initiative will have the driver of the bus booked for the ceremony presenting the couple with a photo frame on behalf of the corporation.
On Thursday, Sajjanar attended the marriage of Akula Bharat Kumar and Soumya, who hired a TSRTC bus from Yadagirigutta depot to Kompally. The drivers assigned for this job were M Anjaneyulu and P Ganesh, who presented the gift to the couple.
A total of 475 mementos were presented by TSRTC officers and employees throughout Telangana on November 11.
