Hyderabad: BRS working president KT Rama Rao lauded a group of nine young entrepreneurs from Borabanda who launched a waterproof solutions company, Doctor Guard, inspired by his call to youth to become job creators rather than job seekers. Responding to their invitation on X recently, he had earlier promised to visit the company’s office.
Fulfilling his promise, Rama Rao visited the company’s office on Wednesday and appreciated the founders, all under the age of 24, for their initiative. “It is commendable that instead of seeking jobs, you have created employment for more youth and are aiming to expand further,” he said.

The young entrepreneurs explained that the former Minister’s speech at JNTU earlier motivated them to establish the firm, which currently employs 30 people and aims to create over 1,000 jobs in the coming year. They also explained their efforts to bring modern technology into waterproofing solutions.
Visibly impressed, Rama Rao pledged to be their first customer by entrusting them with waterproofing work at Telangana Bhavan in Hyderabad. He compared their spirit to the early struggles of Asian Paints and commended their determination despite lacking financial backing or family support.
“Anything begun with sincerity and a good heart will find success and support,” he told them, urging more youngsters to emulate their example.
The Doctor Guard team thanked KTR for his encouragement and said his visit had further strengthened their resolve to achieve greater success.
