Boulders Classic golf tournament to tee off in Hyderabad
The inaugural Boulders Classic golf championship with Rs 1 crore prize money will be held in Hyderabad from April 14 to 17, featuring 132 players, including top Indian and international golfers, marking a major addition to the DP World PGTI calendar

Hyderabad: The inaugural Rs 1 crore prize money Boulders Classic golf championship will be jointly staged by Boulder Hills Golf & Country Club and the DP World PGTI at the Boulder Hills Golf & Country Club here from April 14 to 17.
The tournament will witness participation from 132 professional golfers from across India and overseas, making it one of the most competitive and anticipated events on the DP World PGTI calendar. Played in a stroke play format, the championship promises high-quality golfing action and intense competition among the country’s top talent.
The tournament is supported by venue partners Boulder Hills Golf & Country Club and T Golf Foundation, associate partner Casagrand, hospitality partners Novotel and HICC, and F&B partners Fusion 9 and Artistry.
The field will be headlined by India’s international stars Shubhankar Sharma (two-time DP World Tour winner) and Yuvraj Sandhu (DP World Tour regular and 2025 DP World PGTI Order of Merit champion). The other leading Indian names participating are 2026 DP World PGTI Order of Merit leader Saptak Talwar, Veer Ahlawat, Om Prakash Chouhan, Manu Gandas, Honey Baisoya and Ajeetesh Sandhu, to name a few.
The leading foreign player at the event is Sri Lankan N Thangaraja. There are 20 foreign players participating from 10 different countries.
The local challenge will be led by Hyderabad-based professionals Mohd Azhar, Vishesh Sharma, Syed Safdar Hussain, SNLG Varam Raju, Sumit Kotwal and Anirudh Kamireddypalli.
