BRAOU signs MoU with TCSiON to launch integrated job achievement programme

Hyderabad: Dr B R Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tata Consultancy Services (TCSiON) at its campus on Tuesday.
The MoU was signed by the Registrar, Dr L Vijaya Krishna Reddy (BRAOU) and Krishna Dundigalla, TCS Executive Director (South India), along with other team of officials in the presence of Prof Ghanta Chakrapani, Vice-Chancellor, BRAOU.
Prof Ghanta Chakrapani said the university signed the MoU to offer the ‘BRAOU-TCSiON Integrated Job Achievement Programme which is open for all students admitted into B A/B Com/B Sc Degree Programmes from the Academic Year 2025-26. He said there will be specially recorded videos with experts, discussion forums with doubt clearing, live chat, industry assignments, modular practice packages, setting up industry projects with mentoring, etc.
Prof Chakrapani said the aim is to provide necessary skills to the students at the global level and added that the agreement would be useful in improving the skills of the students and providing job and employment opportunities.
