Hyderabad: Hyderabad has always been associated with food. Keeping the culinary culture of the city alive, Brown Bear bakery hosted a cake mixture for Christmas, on Saturday. The idea behind the event was to spread Christmas cheer before the festive season arrives.
The entire Brown Bear team along with the founders, chefs, and patrons got together to mix over 10 to 15 varieties of dry fruits and spices soaked in a cascade of traditional ingredients for the Christmas cakes. Tollywood actors Jenny Honey, Ritika Chakraborty and Srilekha along with several fashion models and foodies from the city participated in the event, which was organized keeping Covid-19 protocols in mind.
Brown Bear will be hosting special festival cakes at all its outlets. In order to cater to their growing customer base, the bakery has also launched an online platform to facilitate easy access to their Christmas cakes of varying designs and types with the promise of same-day delivery.
