The BRS leader accused the Congress government of neglecting Dalits, pointing to increasing attacks against them and delayed implementation of the SC/ST Declarations. “Under the Congress rule, darkness has spread across all sections. Even access to Dr BR Ambedkar’s statue has been curtained under this Indiramma Rajyam,” he said.
