BRS approaches Lokayukta over five-acre land allotment to company allegedly linked to Revanth Reddy’s family

BRS elected representatives have approached the Telangana Lokayukta alleging irregularities and favouritism in the allotment of five acres of government land in Raviryala to Tesseraqct Advanced Systems Private Limited. They sought cancellation of the allotment and investigations into the matter.

Hyderabad: BRS elected representatives have approached the Telangana Lokayukta alleging irregularities, favouritism and abuse of official authority in the allotment of five acres of government land in Ranga Reddy district to Tesseraqct Advanced Systems Private Limited, a company allegedly linked to Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy’s brother Kondal Reddy.

The delegation comprising MLCs Dasoju Sravan Kumar and M Koti Reddy, MLAs Kaleru Venkatesh, Mutha Gopal and K Sanjay, BRS social media convenor Mannne Krishank and other leaders submitted the complaint. They alleged that the land at Raviryala e-City in Maheshwaram mandal, with an alleged market value of Rs 135 crore to Rs 200 crore, was allotted for around Rs 7-7.5 crore without a public tender or competitive process.

The complainants alleged that Revanth Reddy’s brother Kondal Reddy had publicly identified himself as chairman of Tesseraqct, while his son Nayan Reddy had been working as its CEO since January 2025, months before the June 2025 land allotment. They pointed out that the company had only Rs 1 lakh in paid-up capital and reported zero employees for the financial year ending March 2025.

The BRS leaders also questioned its claimed manufacturing capabilities, alleging that a site inspection found only a small warehouse/shop-front unit and that its registered office was in a residential apartment. They cited discrepancies in company records and suspected benami arrangements, pointing to differences between public claims about the company’s leadership and MCA records.

The BRS delegation sought cancellation of the land allotment pending inquiry, investigation into the roles of Industries Minister D Sridhar Babu and TGIIC officials, scrutiny of company and allotment records, and the roles of Nayan and Kondal Reddy. They also sought a report to the Governor and an ACB investigation into alleged offences under anti-corruption and other laws.
