BRS cadre mark Harish Rao’s 53rd birthday with annadanam, blood camps

Former Minister T Harish Rao’s 53rd birthday was marked with grand celebrations across the erstwhile Medak district. BRS leaders and cadre held annadanam, blood donation drives, and special prayers, while supporters created sand art and distributed sweets to the public.

Siddipet: Former Minister T Harish Rao’s 53rd birthday was celebrated on a grand scale across the erstwhile Medak district on Tuesday, with BRS leaders and cadre organising a series of service activities.

Supporters conducted annadanam, organised blood donation camps, and distributed fruits to patients at government hospitals and other locations. Prominent leaders from the district, including Dubbak MLA Kotha Prabhakar Reddy and Sangareddy MLA Chintha Prabhakar, met Harish Rao and conveyed their greetings.


In Siddipet, an artist created a sand painting of Harish Rao and BRS president K Chandrashekhar Rao on the Komaticheruvu bund. BRS members also conducted annadanam at multiple locations across Siddipet town including the government hospital, Kallakunta Colony, old bus station, Narsapur junction, MLA camp office, Ganesh Nagar, Victory Theatre junction, the residence of businessman Nandini Srinivas, Burj area, and Hanuman temples at Ganesh Nagar and Ravi Chettu.

The BRS cadre, led by former municipal councillor Brahmam, organised both blood donation and food distribution programmes. Harish Rao’s followers also cut cakes in several neighbourhoods, distributing sweets and cakes to the public. Special prayers were held at temples, churches, and mosques as part of the celebrations.
