BRS chief KCR condoles the demise of his teacher Dr. Jaisetti Ramanaiah

BRS president K Chandrashekhar Rao expressed grief over the demise of his teacher and mentor Dr Jaisetti Ramanaiah. Recalling his days as an intermediate student in Siddipet, KCR paid tribute to Ramanaiah, the first research scholar from Jagtial to earn a doctorate with his thesis on South Indian temples.

Hyderabad: The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) president K Chandrashekhar Rao expressed deep sorrow and offered his condolences over the death of his teacher, Dr. Jaisetti Ramanaiah.

The BRS president fondly recalled the close bond he shared with Dr. Ramanaiah, who served not only as his teacher but was also his mentor.

Chandrashekhar Rao recalled that while he was an intermediate student, Dr. Ramanaiah served as a history lecturer in Siddipet and taught lessons to him.

He conveyed his deepest sympathies to the bereaved family members. He also prayed for Dr. Ramanaiah’s soul to rest in peace.

Ramanaiah was renowned for embracing the teaching profession at a very young age. He was also the very first research scholar from Jagtial to be awarded a doctorate. Ramanaiah earned his Ph.D. degree after submitting a scholarly research thesis titled “South India Temples.”
