BRS complains against Congress MLA Naini Rajender Reddy’s derogatory remarks
BRS lodged a complaint to the Speaker against Congress MLA Naini Rajender Reddy for making frivolous allegations against opposition MLAs during Question Hour on Monday.
Hyderabad: BRS lodged a complaint to the Speaker against Congress MLA Naini Rajender Reddy for making frivolous allegations against opposition MLAs during Question Hour on Monday. The BRS said this was in violation of Rule 319 (ii and iii), Rule 320 and Rule 45 of the Assembly Proceedings. Speaker Gaddam Prasad assured to examine the Assembly records and expunge the remarks.
In a representation to the Speaker, the BRS legislators informed that Rajender Reddy was not a signatory for Question no 445, but was allowed to speak for about three minutes during Question Hour, in violation of established practices of the Assembly.
Rajender Reddy has been accused of making personal charges and defamatory allegations against the BRS legislators.
