Hyderabad: The BRS has dissolved all its NRI committees with immediate effect as part of a wider organisational overhaul. BRS NRI Global Coordinator Mahesh Bigala said the decision followed directions from party chief K Chandrashekhar Rao and discussions with working president KT Rama Rao. The move comes after the party decided to dissolve all committees except the State Committee.
In a statement, Mahesh said the step was aimed at strengthening the party structure and improving its functioning at the global level. Accordingly, the BRS NRI wing will soon launch a fresh membership drive, followed by the formation of new committees in a phased manner. Party members and supporters have been asked to cooperate during the transition and continue supporting the leadership and its vision.
