BRS gears up for 25th anniversary celebrations in Australia

Hyderabad: Buoyed by the grand success of the BRS silver jubilee event in Dallas, United States, preparations are underway to organise celebrations marking the party’s 25th anniversary across the world. Silver jubilee events are being planned in the United Kingdom, Australia, South Africa, and the Gulf region.
BRS NRI global coordinator Mahesh Bigala, who is currently in Australia, inspected possible venues in Melbourne along with local BRS NRI members and youth wing leader Sunny Goud. He noted that there were numerous requests from various countries to host the celebrations.
An official announcement regarding dates and locations would be made after consultations with BRS working president KT Rama Rao. “We are building on the momentum from Dallas and moving ahead with the support of Telangana NRIs worldwide,” Mahesh Bigala said.
