Former BRS MLA Putta Madhu released a charge sheet against IT Minister and Manthani MLA D Sridhar Babu's one year performance, criticising him for failing to fulfill promises made to the people during the elections and neglecting the constituency's development.
Hyderabad: Former BRS MLA Putta Madhu released a charge sheet against IT Minister and Manthani MLA D Sridhar Babu’s one year performance, criticising him for failing to fulfill promises made to the people during the elections and neglecting the constituency’s development.
Addressing the media at Telangana Bhavan on Tuesday, Madhu said despite being the Congress Manifesto Committee chairman, Sridhar Babu overlooked Manthani’s issues, including road connectivity, employment opportunities and infrastructure projects. He came down heavily on Sridhar Babu for his inaction on critical matters such as setting up a medical college, improving educational facilities and restricting sand mafia activities.
The BRS leader reminded that while the family of Sridhar Babu represented Manthani for nearly 40 years, he failed to leverage his position as Minister of Industry and IT to benefit Manthani. He urged the Minister to prioritise the constituency’s development and warned that continued negligence would erode public trust.
