Hyderabad: A delegation of Bharat Rashtra Samithi leaders met Hyderabad Police Commissioner VC Sajjanar at the Integrated Command Control Centre (ICCC) and requested permission for deploying drones during the road shows and rallies of BRS Working President K T Rama Rao and former Minister T Harish Rao in the Jubilee Hills by-election campaign.
The leaders, including Kishore Goud, Dudimetla Balaraju Yadav, and Nagender Goud, emphasised the need for enhanced security measures, citing large-scale public participation and reports of intimidation and attacks by Congress workers. They assured that the drones would operate exclusively under the leaders’ personal security protocols to capture visuals, monitor crowds, and prevent any disruptions.
