BRS MLC Dasoju Sravan warns Revanth Reddy against attempts to malign KCR
BRS MLC Dasoju Sravan attacked Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, accusing him of arrogance and political vendetta against K. Chandrashekhar Rao, and warned that targeting the former Chief Minister would only boost public sympathy and harm the Congress government’s credibility.
Hyderabad: BRS MLC Dasoju Sravan launched a scathing attack on Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, accusing him of arrogance. He warned the latter against political vendetta and attempts to malign BRS chief and former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao.
In an open letter, Sravan termed Chandrashekhar Rao as a symbol of Telangana’s self-respect and warned the Chief Minister against misuse of power to target political opponents. He said criticism of the BRS chief was being used to divert attention from the Congress government’s failures.
He challenged the Chief Minister to showcase achievements surpassing those of the previous BRS regime. Cautioning that political authority was temporary and history would judge leaders who used power to suppress rivals, he stated that attempts to target Chandrashekhar Rao would only increase public sympathy for him and damage the ruling party’s credibility.
“You will always remain a political villain for harassing your rivals,” he added.
