Karimnagar: BRS leaders and activities performed palabhishekam to the Telangana Thalli statues in the erstwhile Karimnagar district on Tuesday.

Speaking on the occasion, they found fault with the State government and the Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy for unveiling a redesigned Telangana Thalli statue in the State Secretariat.
Terming it an attempt to erase the cultural and historical identity of the State, they alleged that the Congress government was indulging in cultural vandalism by altering the design of the Telangana Thalli statue.
