BSF jawan killed, six injured in a road accident in AP’s Chintoor
A BSF Head Constable died and six others were injured in a road accident at Chintoor, Andhra Pradesh, while travelling from Khammam to Belimela. CRPF officials visited the hospital and assured support.

Kothagudem: A Border Security Force (BSF) jawan died and six other jawans were injured in a road accident at Chintoor in Andhra Pradesh on Tuesday.
The incident occurred when seven jawans belonging to BSF 142 Battalion, Malkangiri in Odisha were travelling to Belimela in a car from Khammam. The vehicle hit a roadside culvert at Chatti junction in Chintoor mandal killing a BSF head constable, Dega Pandey on the spot.
The injured jawans were admitted to KIMS Hospital in Bhadrachalam for treatment. Upon receiving information about the incident Yetapaka based CRPF 212 Bn second-in-command (AOL) Dinesh Kumar along with a team visited the hospital to oversee arrangements for the injured soldiers. He assured the Medical Officer of BSF142 Bn of all possible assistance.
