Burglar breaks in while family goes out to celebrate festival in Hyderabad
The house-owner Shareef had gone to visit his relatives on the occasion of Eid early in the morning and later returned home in the night, only to find the door lock of the house broken.
Hyderabad: Unidentified persons broke into a house at Ahmednagar under the Chandrayangutta police station limits on Wednesday evening and decamped with valuables worth Rs.5 lakh.
The house-owner Shareef had gone to visit his relatives on the occasion of Eid early in the morning and later returned home in the night, only to find the door lock of the house broken.
After going inside, he found the cupboard opened and gold and silver ornaments kept in it missing.
On information the Chandrayangutta police reached the spot and took up investigation after registering a case. The CLUES team also visited the spot.
