Hyderabad: A businessman was hacked to death by unidentified persons at Golconda on Tuesday night.
The victim, identified as Mohd Jilani, was on his way home when some persons waylaid him and attacked him with knives at Nadeem Colony in Tolichowki under the Golconda police station limits. He died on the spot.
On information the Golconda police reached the spot and started an investigation after registering a case. The body was shifted to the Osmania General Hospital mortuary.
Relatives of the victim suspect that one Syed Imran is involved in the murder.
