BVRIT hosts R&D showcase with participation from 600 student teams
BV Raju Institute of Technology in Narsapur organised the Research and Development Showcase Event-2026 with participation from over 600 student teams. Students presented innovative projects while industry expert Dr Lalith Mohan Sangavarapu highlighted the importance of research and industry-academia collaboration
Medak: BV Raju Institute of Technology, Narsapur, organised the “Research and Development Showcase Event-2026” in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) on the campus premises in Narsapur on Saturday. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from more than 600 student teams representing various departments of the institute, who presented their innovative projects and research ideas.
Chief guest and Chief Product Officer at Quick Heal Technologies, Hyderabad, Dr Lalith Mohan Sangavarapu interacted with the students and appreciated their innovative ideas and technological creativity. He also emphasised the importance of research, innovation and strong industry-academia collaboration in shaping future technologists.
Director of the institute Dr Lakshmi Prasad said the event aimed to foster a culture of innovation, research and collaboration among students while providing a platform to showcase their technical creativity and connect with industry experts.
The R&D showcase provided a valuable platform for students to demonstrate their research capabilities, exchange ideas and gain insights from industry experts.
