Hyderabad: Cafe Niloufer has officially opened Niloufer Chath, its newest rooftop vegetarian dining destination at Road No. 12, Banjara Hills, marking an expansion in the brand’s culinary journey and introducing an elevated, 100 percent vegetarian exclusive North Indian dining experience.
Niloufer Chath is a 100 percent vegetarian exclusive North Indian restaurant and also offers specially prepared Jain food, catering to diverse dietary preferences while maintaining strict vegetarian standards.
Niloufer Chath offers an extensive range of Indian breads, including Whole Wheat Tandoori Roti, Multigrain Roti, Masala Roti, Masala Paneer Kulcha, Mix Veg Kulcha, Aloo Kulcha, Garlic Naan, Cheese Naan, Chilli Garlic Naan, Tomato Olive Naan, Charcoal Naan and Beetroot Naan.
These breads are complemented by a diverse range of North Indian vegetarian dishes, including rich gravies, flavourful curries, innovative starters and signature specialties crafted through slow-cooking techniques to preserve both nutrition and authentic taste.
