Cambridge June 2025 exam results show soaring demand for international education

Cambridge International released its June 2025 exam results to over 680,000 students globally, including 4,680 in India for IGCSE and O Levels, and 5,300 for AS & A Levels. Exam entries grew steadily, reflecting rising demand for international education

Hyderabad: Cambridge International Education has released the results of its June 2025 exam series to over 680,000 students worldwide — a 9% increase over last year — reflecting this accelerating education trend toward global readiness.

On Tuesday, 4680 students across 252 schools in the country received their Cambridge IGCSE and O Level results. There were over 21,600 exam entries in the June 2025 series, marking a 7% growth compared to June 2024. The most popular subjects were First Language English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology.


Cambridge International AS & A Level results were released on August 12 to more than 5300 students in 230 schools in India. There were over 12,900 entries for Cambridge International AS & A Level exams in the June 2025 series, marking a 3% increase from June 2024. The most popular subjects were Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Business, and Economics.

Cambridge International Education holds three exam series each year in India, enabling schools to choose the series that best fits their students’ needs.
