Hyderabad: Canon India unveiled its most immersive showcase to date at the Broadcast India Show 2025 — South Asia’s premier platform for media, broadcast, and content creation technologies held at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai, from October 14 to 16.
Taking center stage was the much-anticipated India debut of the EOS C50, Canon’s latest compact digital cinema camera designed to redefine professional video production.
With an experiential booth inspired by high-end production sets, Canon presented a comprehensive ecosystem of imaging solutions spanning cinema, virtual production, and live broadcasting. The setup offered visitors an immersive, real-time production experience that underscored Canon’s leadership in imaging innovation and its commitment to empowering India’s broadcast, OTT, and creator communities with future-ready tools for visual storytelling.
Immersive Experience Zones

R50V Zone: A space dedicated to digital-first creators, highlighting the EOS R50V’s compact design and versatility for amateur filmmakers.
Product Showcase: A Three-Layered Creative Ecosystem
Canon’s lineup spanned the full spectrum of content creation, catering to every level of visual storyteller:
For content creators: EOS R50V, for high-quality vlogging and everyday content creation.
For hybrid filmmakers: EOS R5 Mark II, bridging professional-grade photography and video performance.
For filmmakers and OTT professionals: EOS C400, C80, and the newly launched EOS C50, optimized for dynamic production workflows.
