Car hits bike in Pidiched; son, daughter left orphaned

A couple, Athelli Praveen and Jyothi from Sheripally, died after their bike was hit by a car in Pidiched, Gajwel mandal. The accident occurred while they were returning home from a function. A case has been registered

Siddipet: Reckless driving by a car driver led to the death of a couple at Pidiched in Gajwel mandal on Monday. The deceased, Athelli Praveen (48) and Jyothi, residents of Sheripally, were returning to their village after attending a function in Gajwel town when the accident occurred. A car coming from the opposite direction hit their bike.

The couple sustained serious injuries in the mishap and died while undergoing treatment at the Government Hospital in Gajwel an hour later. Their son and daughter were left orphaned following the sudden demise of their parents. A case has been registered.
