Hyderabad: It seems the Sunday-Funday on Tank Bund has caught the attention of city folks. Week-after-week Hyderabadis are being greeted with new and exciting events to make their Sundays real fun.

This week’s Sunday-Funday organised by Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) witnessed citizens being enthralled by the band performance, cultural activities, fireworks, games, shopping and eateries.

Everyone, including children were seen enjoying the fun-filled activities that were specially organised on the Bund, which was closed for traffic during the event hours.

Other than all the events, Zee Telugu organised a watch party to premier the first episode of it’s ‘Mayaadweepam’ on Tank Bund. The audiences were entertained with mesmerizing tunes followed by numerous engaging activities by magicians and jugglers. Public also had a chance to get selfies with the serial characters’ cut-outs.

Tank Bund carnival also witnessed a one-km long National Flag demonstration and shoppers could shop from different stalls of handicrafts and handlooms. Another key attraction for this Sunday was a tandoori chai stall set up at the carnival.
