Case filed against MLA Arekapudi Gandhi, others for attempted murder of BRS’ Kaushik Reddy

A group of individuals, led by Congress MLA Gandhi, trespassed into the house of Kaushik Reddy on Thursday and vandalized furniture and other belongings, following a confrontation between Gandhi and Kaushik Reddy.

Hyderabad:  The Cyberabad police registered a case against Serilingampally MLA Arekapudi Gandhi, corporator Venkatesh Goud and Srikanth and others for allegedly attempting to murder BRS legislator Padi Kaushik Reddy on Thursday.

A group of people led by Congress MLA Gandhi and others tresspassed into house of Kaushik Reddy and damaged furniture and other articles on Thursday following a staff off between Gandhi and Kaushik Reddy.

The police invoked Sections pertaining to criminal trespass, rioting, unlawful assembly, damaging property and attempt to murder against Gandhi and others after Kaushik Reddy filed a complaint with the police.
