Sangareddy: Patancheru MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy laid the foundation for the construction of underground drainage and CC works at Jayalakshmi Nagar, Green Fields Colony and Vandanapuri Colony under Ameenpur Municipality in Sangareddy district on Thursday. The works will be taken up at an outlay of Rs 95 lakh.
Speaking on the occasion, the legislator said that they have decided to build CC Roads in all the colonies under Ameenpur Municipality to improve the infrastructure facilities. Saying that the works of Beeramguda Kaman and Kistareddypet villages were going at a brisk pace, Reddy said the traffic problems will be resolved once the road works are completed.
Later, the MLA participated in Bhumi Puja for the construction of Lord Shiva Temple at Suryodaya Colony in Ameenpur Municipality. Chairman, Ameenpur, Tummala Pandu Ranga Reddy, ZPTC Sudhakar Reddy, MPP Devanandam, Patelguda Sarpanch Nithisha Srikanth and others were present.
