CDSW launches nationwide drive for digital safety and wellbeing
The Council for Digital Safety and Wellbeing (CDSW) was launched in Hyderabad to promote ethical and mindful technology use across India. Founded by Aditya Vuchi and Dr. Anil Rachamalla, the initiative seeks to bridge the gap between digital access and maturity.

Hyderabad: The Council for Digital Safety and Wellbeing (CDSW) here on Saturday announced its national launch, establishing a dedicated platform to foster the safe, ethical, and mindful use of technology across India.
Founded by digital media tech expert Aditya Vuchi and internet ethics specialist Dr. Anil Rachamalla (UNDP Awardee), the CDSW aims to close the widening gap between digital access and digital maturity.
CDSW Founder and Chairperson Aditya Vuchi said the Council is an open invitation for educational institutions, government bodies, and corporate companies to collaborate. “Our goal is to move beyond just connectivity and focus on a safer, human-centric digital future,” he said.
Delivering a keynote on ‘Responsible Digital India’, NALSAR Vice Chancellor Prof. Krishna Deva Rao emphasised the role of policy and institutional ethics. Dr. Anil highlighted the critical need to manage digital reputation, tackle addiction, and promote responsible digital parenting.
The event marked the unveiling of digital tools – Sparq (LMS Portal), a cutting-edge Learning Management System designed to deliver structured training and certifications in digital safety, Harmoni (Household App), a practical tool crafted to help families find balance and manage digital wellbeing within their homes.
