Actor Nandamuri Balakrishna’s timeless classic ‘Aditya 369’ is all set to clock 30 years. The Singeetam Srinivasa Rao directorial was based on a time-travel concept, which broke records at the box office when it was released on July 18, 1991.
On reaching the milestone, actor Balakrishna released a statement saying, “Very thankful to the Telugu audiences for their relentless support and love. ‘Aditya 369’ is a masterpiece of all time. So refreshing that, audiences wouldn’t feel bored watching it a number of times.”
Starring Amrish Puri, Tinnu Anand, and Suthivelu in key roles, the story runs on the themes of dystopia and apocalypse of different time frames. The movie also featured Mohini as the leading lady and actor Tarun as a child artiste, and raked in rave reviews and box office collections.
