Centre sanctions 50-bed AYUSH hospital in Karimnagar
The Union government has sanctioned a 50-bed AYUSH hospital in Karimnagar at an estimated cost of Rs 15 crore. The Centre has asked the state government to identify land and recruit staff for the proposed facility.

Karimnagar: The Union government has sanctioned a 50-bed AYUSH hospital in Karimnagar.
The Centre gave administrative sanction to construct the hospital at an estimated cost of Rs 15 crore and sanctioned Rs 7.5 crore in the first phase.
In this regard, the Centre wrote a letter to the state government to identify suitable land for the construction of the hospital and recruit doctors and other staff.
Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy treatments will be available in AYUSH hospital. Union Minister of State for Home, Bandi Sanajay Kumar took initiative to sanction the AYUSH hospital.
