HYDERABAD: The top brass governing sports in Telangana appealed to the Union Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports Dr Mansukh Mandaviya to revive the Sports Authority of India Athletics Training Centre at Medak.

The Union Minister was briefed by AP Jitender Reddy, advisor to State Government (Sports) in the presence of Jayesh Ranjan, IAS, Soni Bala Devi, VC & MD of SATG, SATG Chairman K Shiva Sena Reddy, at the conclusion of the Chintan Shivir in the City on Saturday.


The delegation also appealed to the Union Government to extend complete support to all the development programmes being undertaken by the State Government in the field of sports.

The Union Minister was also thanked for hosting the national-level summit in the city.
