Check out Akhil Akkineni’s dashing avatar in spy thriller ‘Agent’
The ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’ director collaborated with Akhil for the first time for a high-budgeted action thriller ‘Agent’.
A day after a photograph of his bulky look went viral on the internet, the makers of actor Akhil Akkineni’s flick ‘Agent’ commenced the film shooting on Monday. Helmed by director Surender Reddy, the action-packed entertainer features actor Akhil as agent.
The ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’ director collaborated with Akhil for the first time for a high-budgeted action thriller ‘Agent’. The film’s first look poster presented Akhil in a never-seen-before dashing avatar.
While director Surender Reddy released a back-pose look of Akhil in the gym on Sunday morning, a new poster of the film was revealed on Monday. Bulking up his physique, Akhil looks masculine, as he lifts up his sleeveless vest. The poster also shows gun tucked in pants. Vakkantham Vamsi is providing story for the film to be produced by Ramabrahmam Sunkara under AK Entertainments and Surender 2 Cinema.
The director-writer duo previously worked together for a few blockbusters such as ‘Kick’ and ‘Race Gurram’, and they are on a mission to deliver another superhit in their combination. Newbie Sakshi Vaidya has been roped in to play the leading lady opposite Akhil. Busiest music director SS Thaman will be composing the music, while Ragul Herian Dharuman will crank the camera. Ajay Sunkara, Pathi Deepa Reddy are the co-producers of the film.
