Unlike his character Chandler Bing from the hit sitcom ‘Friends’, actor Matthew Perry shared a beautiful picture of him smiling for the camera. Looking calm and relaxed while enjoying a meal at a restaurant, he captioned it, “Happy days…”
Within minutes of him posting the rare pic, fans showered love and support in the comments section. “We love seeing you happy Matthew. Chandler made all of us smile so much,” wrote a fan.
“Could this picture be more wholesome?” added a fan.
“I love seeing you happy matty,” wrote another Instagram user on the pic that has 1.1 million likes.
Perry recently made a candid confession to his former co-stars from ‘Friends’ about his mental health while filming. “To me, I felt like I was going to die if they didn’t laugh,” he said. “And it’s not healthy, for sure. But I would sometimes say a line and they wouldn’t laugh and I would sweat and just go into convulsions. If I didn’t get the laugh I was supposed to get, I would freak out,” said Perry in the reunion special that aired on HBO Max.
In May interviews with The Hollywood Reporter, co-creators Marta Kauffman, David Crane and Kevin Bright and reunion director Ben Winston spoke about Perry, who previously struggled with substance abuse, reported People.com.
