Hyderabad: A rendezvous with foodies, this one promises to be rare as celebrated Chef Sima Ahmed has taken over the reins of Bar Kin-Rü in Hyderabad on February 8 and 9. An expert in Awadhi cuisine, Ahmed will be bringing back centuries-old recipes passed down from her ancestors, prosperous merchants of medieval Yemen, and giving them her own hallmark contemporary twist.

‘Home Bound’ is the title of this unique pop-up, promising an indulgent journey through royal flavors, with an exquisite selection of Yemeni and Awadhi dishes, including fragrant spiced stews, kebabs, aromatic biryanis, and decadent curries.
