Hyderabad: Telangana High Court Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh performed ‘bhumi puja’ on the premises allocated for the construction of a new High Court building in Rajendranagar on Wednesday. He also conducted a detailed inspection of the premises. The State government has allocated 100 acres of land for the construction of a new High Court building.
Those present on the occasion included High Court Judges, Justice P Sam Koshy, Justice K Lakshman, and Justice B Vijaysena Reddy, Advocate General, A Sudarshan Reddy, Chief Principal Secretary (R&B) Vikas Raj, President and other Bar Association Members, DEC Infrastructure Managing Director, Anirudh Gupta.
The DEC Infrastructure is taking up the construction work at an estimated cost of Rs 1,550 crore and the construction would be completed in three years, a press release said.
