Chilkalguda police reunite missing three-year-old girl with family
A three-year-old girl found wandering alone in Hyderabad's Chilkalguda area was safely reunited with her family after a local resident alerted police. Officers quickly secured the child, conducted inquiries in the neighbourhood, and traced her family within a short time.
Hyderabad: A three-year-old girl who was found wandering alone in Chilkalguda area was safely reunited with her family after prompt action by local police and the alertness of a concerned citizen on Thursday.
According to police, Mohd Ifran noticed the child moving around unattended and immediately informed Chilkalguda Police.
Acting swiftly on the information, police personnel Naresh and Srikanth rushed to the spot, took the child to safety and began efforts to trace her family.
After conducting inquiries in the surrounding locality, the officers successfully identified the child’s residence and located it.
She was handed over to her grandmother, who thanked the police.
