City college receives Outstanding Institution Award
Hyderabad: The Government City College was recognised as the Most Preferred Government College in Telangana, under the category of Outstanding Institution Award, at the IndiGlobal Education Festival, on December 4. Organised by the Commissionerate of Collegiate Education, the event was hosted at Marriott Hotel.
According to the State government’s DOST admission data, most students have been opting for City College since the last five years. The college that works for the holistic development of the students through curricular and extracurricular activities has drawn the attention of the students and parents alike.
The Principal of City College, Dr P Bala Bhaskar, expressed his happiness to receive the award in the centenary year of the college, and thanked Commissioner, Collegiate Education and Technical Education, Navin Mittal for the honour. The alumni, HoDs and teaching and non-teaching staff of the college congratulated the Principal for this achievement.
