Hyderabad: Hyderabad suffered a massive eight-wicket loss against Madhya Pradesh on the third day of the Group Elite C men’ sunder-25 CK Nayudu Trophy match at the St Xavier’s KCA Cricket Stadium in Kerala on Thursday.

For the winners, Ritesh Shakya scalped five wickets for 66 to skittle out Hyderabad to below-par total of 120 in their second innings. Hyderabad, who took a 19-run lead, suffered batting collapses to be all out in 50.5 to set a target of 139 runs for victory. HK Simha waged a lone battle with an unbeaten 62 but others came a cropper. Madhya Pradesh lost just two wickets to reach home in 29.5 overs. Siddharth Patidar top-scored with a 66-run knock.
